The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus for exploring the area. my room included a useful convenience store within the premises. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i liked the view from my room. I could see a pagoda, a kids playground, and several train lines.
The hotel wasn't super clean. I noticed cleanliness issues, perhaps due to employees lacking sufficient time.

The hotel is very close to the train station with easy access. The metro station is only two minutes away and it is close to the park, the train museum, and the aquarium.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were available for every question and answered quickly. one assistant manager was very helpful during a medical emergency, as he translated for us and stayed with us until we were okay.

A convenience store located on the ground floor is open all day and night. I also liked the buffet style breakfast. the hotel had a good onsen and the upper chandelier in the rooms was a nice touch.

I found the location very convenient, close to public transport. The on-site public bath was relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also had a convenience store within the building, a great benefit for picking up snacks.

Really good Amenities and Perfect Service
onsen access comfortable beds convenience store
I found the onsen access and the well maintained rooms very appealing. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The in-room coffee pods were an interesting touch I definitely enjoyed. The convenience store located below the hotel added to the convenience.
The hotel does not offer a laundry service, so I used a washing machine on site.
